Who these terms apply to

These terms govern your use of 27Gems products — Jade, Zeni, CDI, 27Gems' Solopreneur Club, the Trader's Network, and the Solopreneur Support Group — operated by 27Gems LLP (202004003521), Eve Suite, Jalan PJU 1A/41, 47301 Petaling Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan, Malaysia. By using our products, you agree to these terms.

CDI (Citizen Digital Interface) may be used anonymously without agreeing to these terms. These terms apply to you when you choose to register a CDI account.

What the products do

Jade runs the back office of a Malaysian sole proprietorship or enterprise: bookings, orders, invoicing, expenses, reminders, accounts, and the figures the Form B business section asks for — gross income, cost of sales, expenses, and net profit. Jade acts through your own Claude account, which you hold separately with Anthropic. You review everything Jade produces, and you enter your figures into LHDN's e-filing portal yourself — Jade does not file your tax return for you, and nothing is submitted to LHDN on your behalf.

Jade is built for sole proprietorships and enterprises. It is not built for incorporated companies, which file Form C with audited accounts.

Zeni helps individuals track daily spending against a self-set daily allowance. It is a personal budgeting tool, not a financial advisory service. Zeni does not connect to bank accounts or any external financial system — all spending entries are logged manually by you.

CDI (Citizen Digital Interface) is a personal digital access point — your guide to the digital layer of the physical world. Citizens use CDI to access digital services at real-world locations. In its current form, CDI connects you to participating merchants: browse menus, place orders, and optionally earn loyalty stamps. CDI is its own product and brand, not a feature of Jade.

27Gems' Solopreneur Club is free membership open to anyone with a 27Gems account. It gives you a personal card at club.27gems.com/<your handle> — your photo, your tagline, the contact details and social links you choose to show, and links to any businesses you run in Jade. Your card stays out of search engines unless you turn that on. Anyone can send you an enquiry from your card without signing in; it lands in your Club inbox and we email you an alert.

The Trader's Network is a directory inside Jade where traders list their own business and find others. Listing is your choice, and what you publish is what other traders see. 27Gems does not vouch for any Club member, any listed trader or business, or the contents of any enquiry sent through a card — any dealing you enter into with one is between you and them.

The Solopreneur Support Group is a monthly peer group, run online and in person, and includes Jade. It is peer support and general discussion, not tax, legal, or financial advice.

AutoLedger is built for accounting firms handling many clients' books, not for individual traders. A firm uploads a client's invoices, bills, and bank statements, and AutoLedger produces that client's general ledger and Form B figures. AutoLedger is separate from Jade, which is built for individual sole traders.

The LLP Concierge Service is for Malaysian sole proprietors earning well who are quietly overpaying tax. We set up and run a properly structured LLP for you, with every filing signed and lodged by a licensed tax agent. It is a tax-structuring service, not software — you reach us through the form on its own page rather than an app.

CDI — your account and loyalty programme

Anonymous use. You may browse menus and place orders on CDI without creating an account. No registration is required, and these terms do not apply to anonymous use.

Registered use. If you choose to register, CDI asks only for your email address, verified by a one-time code. You may optionally add profile details afterwards, and share them with individual merchants — how that data is handled is described in our Privacy Policy. By registering, you agree to these terms and that policy. You may request account deletion at any time by emailing [email protected].

Loyalty stamps. Stamps are earned automatically when you make a qualifying purchase at a participating merchant while your CDI account is linked to the transaction. Stamp counts are maintained by Jade (the merchant's tool) as the authoritative ledger — CDI holds a mirror of this count. In any dispute, Jade's sale records are the ground truth.

Redemption. When your stamp count reaches the programme threshold, your CDI QR code enters a redeemable state. The merchant scans your QR to redeem. The reward (one free eligible item of the merchant's choice) is provided by the merchant, not by 27Gems. We do not guarantee the availability of any specific reward or the continuation of any merchant's loyalty programme.

Acceptable use. You must not create multiple CDI accounts to accumulate stamps fraudulently, attempt to manipulate stamp counts or redemption states, or use CDI in any way that harms merchants or other citizens on the platform.

Our role. 27Gems operates the CDI loyalty infrastructure. We are not a party to any transaction between you and a merchant. Disputes about orders, payments, or product quality are between you and the merchant directly.

27Gems' Solopreneur Club — your card and enquiries

Membership. The Club is free. Sign in with your 27Gems account to claim a handle and set up your card. You choose what appears on it, including whether to show your phone, email, or social links.

Your handle. Handles are given out on a first-come basis. We may refuse or reclaim a handle that impersonates someone else, that isn't yours to use, or that breaks the rules we publish for handles.

Search visibility. Your card is hidden from search engines by default. Turning that on is your choice, and you can turn it off again at any time.

Enquiries. Anyone can send you a message from your card without signing in. It lands in your Club inbox, and we email you an alert. We do not read, moderate, or vouch for the content of an enquiry before it reaches you — you decide how to respond, if at all.

Our role. 27Gems operates the Club as infrastructure. We are not a party to any conversation or dealing that starts from a card or an enquiry, and we do not vouch for any member, any business linked from a card, or the accuracy of anything a member or a sender writes.

Acceptable use. You must not use a card or the enquiry form to harass, impersonate, defraud, or spam another person. We may remove a card or restrict an account that breaks this.

Not tax advice

Jade is a bookkeeping tool. It is not a tax agent, a licensed tax advisor, or a substitute for professional advice. The figures it produces are based on the data you enter, so the accuracy of your books and your own tax compliance are your responsibility. If your situation is complex — several income sources, significant assets, or LHDN audit risk — speak to a licensed tax professional.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information. The quality of Jade's output depends on the accuracy of what you upload and enter.
• Review the generated Form B figures before filing. Nothing goes into your tax return without you seeing it first — but verifying accuracy is your responsibility.
• Keep your device secure. Your books are stored on your own device — we cannot recover them if it is lost, reset, or its data is cleared without a backup.
• Use the products only for lawful purposes and in accordance with Malaysian law.

What Jade costs

Jade has three plans — Part Time, Full Time, and Super — from RM27 to RM270 a month. Subscribe the annual plan for a bigger Jade Hours quota. Each covers Jade acting on your behalf — bookings, orders, invoicing, expenses, reminders, accounts, and your Form B figures. Full plan details and pricing are on your account page.

You can talk to Jade inside the app without a Claude account of your own — chatting draws from your Jade Hours balance as you use it. To connect her to your own AI client instead, you need to be on a paid Jade plan and your own subscription with that provider; that subscription is between you and them. Connecting itself does not draw from your Jade Hours balance.

Billing is monthly in advance, in ringgit, through Airwallex. Your subscription renews each month until you cancel it, and you can cancel at any time from account.27gems.com. If the price changes, the change applies from your next billing month and we will tell you before it takes effect.

The Solopreneur Support Group is RM270 a month and includes Jade. Workshops and events are priced individually on their own pages.

Refunds

Our refund terms are set out in full in the Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Your data

Your financial records are stored on your own device. You own them. You can export them at any time. If you turn on Jade's "Store with Jade" backup, we hold a copy on our servers for as long as you use that option — signing in to recover a backup uses Google only to verify your email address, never to store your data there — see our Privacy Policy for exactly what that means.

Service availability

We aim to keep Jade and Zeni available and working. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by Malaysian law, 27Gems LLP is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our products — including loss from errors in tax figures, LHDN penalties, or data lost through device failure. Where we are found liable, our total liability is limited to the amount you contributed to us in the twelve months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will update the "last updated" date above and post material changes on this page at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of our products after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
