Shipping & Refund Policy

Shipping. We don't ship anything. We don't sell physical goods, so there are no shipping fees or delivery times to account for.
Workshops and events. Cancel any time before the event starts and we'll refund your seat in full. If we cancel or reschedule an event, you get a full refund or a seat at the next one — your choice.
Jade and the Solopreneur Support Group. Both are billed monthly. Cancel any time and you won't be charged again — we don't refund the month already in progress. If you were charged in error, email us.
To request a refund, email [email protected] with what you paid for and when. We aim to respond within a few days and process approved refunds to your original payment method within 14 days.
