Trust Grade Framework

Code of Conduct

Each business here agrees to a Code of Conduct:

  1. Trade in good faith and respect.
  2. Establish lasting trade relationships.
  3. Recommend traders to your trusted connections.

The grades

Grade 1 · New entrant
Every business starts here. Also includes businesses that have no known bad behaviour, but not yet part of the trust system.
Grade 2 · Established
Local businesses that subscribe to the trust system.
Grade 3 · Proven
Maintains 4 stars rating and above with more than 30 rated work deliveries.

Where the ratings come from

Customers rate a business by answering six questions, and the business only gets aggregated and anonymised analytics. UPCOMING

Grades 2 and 3 are for businesses subscribed to Jade. The rating is from customers who signed in; answers given without signing in are shown separately. Each is shown only from 10 answers and at 3 stars and above.

The list runs from the highest grade down, then by stars, then A to Z. A place in that order is not for sale.
